Delete My Data
Use this page to request deletion of your Fire House Pizza app account and associated personal data. This URL is provided for Google Play’s account deletion requirements.
How to request deletion
- Contact us using one of the options below.
- Include the phone number registered in the app (and your name if you remember it).
- Say clearly that you want your account and personal data deleted.
- We will confirm when the request is complete.

What we delete
When your request is processed, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:
- App account profile linked to your phone number
- Saved delivery addresses and contact details in the app
- Order history tied to your account (where not required to keep)
- In-app preferences stored against your account
What we may retain
We may keep limited information when required for:
- Completed order records needed for tax, accounting, or legal disputes
- Fraud prevention or abuse investigation
- Compliance with Pakistani law or valid legal requests
Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used for marketing once you ask us to delete your account.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your phone number. Simple requests are often finished sooner.
Uninstalling the app
Uninstalling the app from your phone does not by itself delete your account on our servers. Use this page (or call/email us) to request full deletion.
